Car Parking at the Signing Tree
The Signing Tree Venue is based within the Deaf Cultural Centre on Ladywood Road, B16 8SZ.
Our Car Park has 15 spaces plus 2 Blue Badge spaces which are operated on a first come, first served basis. The gate for the car park is to the right of the building as you face it. You will need to press the buzzer for reception.

As you come out of the Broadway Plaza car park onto Francis Road, turn right and walk down the road. Francis Road will lead onto Ladywood Road and the Signing Tree Venue (within the Deaf Cultural Cente) is on the left.
There is also a very competitive Council car park on Duchess Road.
As you come out of the car park, walk east onto Duchess Road towards Francis Road which will lead onto Ladywood Road and the Signing Tree Venue is on the left.
Please note there are on street parking restrictions in place outside the Signing Tree Venue during normal working hours and all delegates need to take special care to read the sign posts.

Leave at Junction 6 and follow the A38(M) into Birmingham. Keep over to the right lane. After approximately 2 minutes, the motorway ends. Stay on the right lane immediately going over the flyover (A38) then under 3 tunnels. After the 3rd tunnel, proceed for about 400 yards to traffic lights and turn right (McDonalds is on the opposite corner). Proceed up the hill (A4540: Lee Bank Middleway) until you get to the large Five Ways Island. Take the 3rd exit into Ladywood Middleway. Proceed for approximately 200 yards until just after the pedestrian crossing and turn left onto Leyburn Road. At the end of this one way road, turn right onto Ladywood Road. The Signing Tree Venue (within the Deaf Cultural Centre) is 150 yards on the left.

Leave at Junction 3 and follow the A456 into Birmingham. After approximately 5 miles, stay on the left lane and you will pass lots of traffic lights. At one of them, you will notice The Ivy Bush public house ahead of you on the left, turn here onto Monument Road. Take the 3rd right turn onto Ladywood Road. The Signing Tree Venue (within the Deaf Cultural Centre) is clearly visible on the right.

The nearest stop to get off the train is at Five Ways.
Leaving Five Ways by Foot:
When you come out of the station, turn left towards a large island (Five Ways) and go down the subway. Take the 2nd exit (to come out of the subway) and right onto Francis Road, which will become Ladywood Road. The Signing Tree Venue (within the Deaf Cultural Centre) is on the left.
When arriving at New Street, Moor Street or Snow Hill train stations, all have taxi’s available outside the station.
